It's clean, I love the pool, the staff is friendly and the respond to maintenance requests very quickly! The trails are great and everything looks to and is manicured well. I love living here; feels like I'm still in the country, but we're a half mile from town!

It is close and convenient to TC.

My thoughts are great service on needs, fun events, and lots of things to do. I like the opportunity that I have to live here for all the great things we have at our service.

I would tell them the apartments are beautiful. The grounds and community are beautiful, and it's the staff that truly makes The Arbors of Traverse a community. The staff is more than staff. They turn out to be more like family. Any maintenance problems are taken care of immediately. There is always some type of activity planned for the residents. You only have to check your monthly calendar to see what is planned. I try to do more activities now, as I live here longer. To me, the Arbors is truly the only "Community type living" in Traverse City. We are more like a "little city", within a larger city.

You can be as active and social as you want and you get the neighborhood feel with the Arbors.

I would say its wonderful, The apartments are beautiful, The people are nice, Great ammenities like the pool and tennis courts. I always tell people i feel like living in a resort :) The only thing i dont like is some noise issues upstairs but that is the only thing, and has seemed to calm down a bit

Its like being on vacation. I love that if I have a maintenance issue, its quickly fixed. My family and I enjoy all of the amenities from the garden to playground to pool.

Arbors creates an environment that is safe and clean! The staff is very friendly. The grounds are beautiful. They have a lot of "extras" in and out of the apartments (washer and dryer in the apartments; Pool, fitness area, tennis, volleyball, hiking trails, pet park, etc.). Arbors is a wonderful community to be a part of!

i would encourage them to consider moving here and would tell them those things i just stated above.

I have already talked w/ some about this community! I tell anyone that is looking around to live somewhere to definitely stop by here and check it out!

The Arbors is an exellent place to live! The staff is very friendly, and they listen and acutally care about helping you! The maintanance staff is awesome and keeps the parking lot plowed and the sidewalks shoveled very well! Everone that lives around here is really nice and there are lots of activites to do during the month in the club house, like my favorite, take home dinner night. I have only lived here in the winter and have not been able to use the pool yet but, it will be awesome to have that availible to use in the summer. There is not a lot of noise from neighbors, everyone is very respectful. And I love sitting out on the deck! Its a great place and I am very happy to live here!

It is a quiet serene place to live. Staff is very helpful and friendly and I would recommend to anyone to live here
